Senior Database Administrator
Denver, CO (or Remote/Hybrid) · Infrastructure
We're looking for a seasoned Database Administrator to own the health, performance, and scalability of our production database environment. This role goes beyond traditional DBA work: you'll write automation to eliminate manual toil and manage database infrastructure as code alongside our platform engineering team. Although this role is heavily MariaDB oriented, it will also be responsible for Influx, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
How this application works. Great resumes are easy to generate with AI now, so instead of
judging you on a resume alone, we let your real experience speak. After you apply you'll take a short
(about 20 minute) spoken interview, on your own schedule, with questions drawn from your own resume and
this role. It's one sitting, answered out loud. Your answers go to our team to review before we talk live.
A person makes every decision; AI only helps us score and take notes. You can request a typed version or
a human phone screen instead -- just ask.
